Fruitslice Magazine

2023 – Current

Wearing many hats as a Senior Editor, Special Projects Director, Cartoonist + Illustrator, and member of the social media team, I work to increase reach and viewership of the literary magazine and make connections with brands and organizations. Managing a team of editors, I ensure that all pieces are edited for clarity and cohesion, and write/produce independent projects that guide issue themes.

The Big Gay Writing Project

2023 – Current

Chester County LGBTQ Equity Alliance

2023–Present

Founded in December of 2023, the Big Gay Writing Project was created out of a need for queer sober spaces in the Philadelphia area and beyond. As the founder of BGWP, I create weekly prompts on various themes and facilitate weekly writing workshops to anywhere from 20-60 participants over the age of 18. Building BGWP required me to network in the Philadelphia community, and learn how to build a nonprofit organization from the ground up.

As a member of the board of directors, I work to build networks and connections with queer owned businesses in the Chester County area, and promote them through appropriate channels to build community awareness of queer spaces. Within this role I have planned: Chester Country Pride 2023, Chester County Pride 2024, and OutFest 2024.

Want me to work with you? It’s mutual.
